Quality Policy
Rapport Inc.’s quality policy is to provide our customers with products and services that perform to their specifications, delivered on time, at a competitive price, and to continually review and improve the quality management system, thereby insuring stability and future growth for the company and its associates.

Quality Objectives:
Top management ensures that quality objectives, including those needed to meet requirements for product are established at relevant functions and levels within the company. All quality objectives are measurable and consistent with the quality policy. Rapport Inc.’s quality objectives are: Deliver products within 3 days of the expected delivery date 95% of the time, excluding special arrangements for our top 3 customers.

Commitment to the continual improvement of the Quality Management System by conducting regular reviews of Corrective and Preventative Actions, Customer Satisfaction Surveys, and Manufacturing Production yields.

Reduce our customer complaint rate by 10% per year.
