Each job receives a customized quote. Cost is based on density, size and quality of the scanned object. Bare boards are more expensive because of the extra preparation work needed to get a quality scan. Only two layer bare boards can be scanned, however multiple layers of films or artwork can be scanned and aligned.
Rapport can place your design on a grid, make revisions to silkscreens, verify tolerance levels, compare actual circuit boards against GERBER images or contrast different design revisions.

Each job undergoes a detailed quality check using automatic verification functions to verify inter-layer alignment, eliminate pad "double-hits", ensure track connections and confirm that all GERBER files have been generated correctly. Raster to GERBER data comparisons are checked by the computer as well as by the technician to ensure all traces are vectorized and connected.
